Well, where to start…? I’ve been married over 20 years to the most wonderful husband ever! As a family, we enjoy being outside in the cool fall weather going to the mountains and doing outdoor stuff like whitewater rafting, hiking, golfing and much more. But don’t let me fool you––I love all things girly! We love to go to football games and have had season tickets for almost as long as we have been married. I have grown up in Georgia my whole life. We love to travel and have been fortunate to have been to many places around the world. One of my favorite things to do when going to another country is to be able to say hello and thank you in their language. I love to have friends and family over and entertain. At Christmas time, I love to be creative and make the kids fun little treats to make their eyes light up. I am thankful for my family and friends. I am very blessed to have a husband who loves me and is good to me.

My favorite pastime is to sit on my front porch and read, which is quite funny considering growing up you couldn’t get me to read at all. One of the best gifts my husband ever gave me was my Kindle. Before going to bed, I try to read most nights. It helps me to shut my mind off and lets me escape a little. I enjoy reading romance westerns and mystery/suspense. I am the type of person who wants a book to be interesting from the very beginning to the very last page. My husband laughs at me because I don’t like reading books that are going to make me cry!
