From New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author Meghan March comes a story of untold truths and one man’s redemption in the Dirty Mafia Duet.
Every family has a black sheep.
In the infamous Casso crime family, that black sheep is me—Cannon Freeman.
Except I’m not a free man. I’ve never been free. Not since the day I was born.
I owe my loyalty to my father, Dominic Casso, even if he won’t publicly acknowledge me as his blood.
I’ve never had a reason to go against his wishes… until I met her.
Drew Carson turned my world upside when she walked into my club looking for a job.
Now, my honor and my life are on the line.
Going against my father’s wishes might buy me a bullet straight from his gun, but black sheep or not, it’s time to make my stand.
She’s worth the fallout.
Black Sheep is the first book in the Dirty Mafia Duet. Cannon and Drew’s story concludes in White Knight.

I never expected to be anyone’s white knight. That’s not a role I’ve ever played.
But when the Casso crime family shifts into uncharted territory, they’re looking for a new hero, and they’re looking for me—Cannon Freeman, the black sheep.
But my time in disgrace is at an end.
It’s my turn to rise up and save the people who matter most to me.
Even if my family has never given a damn about me, I will not let them fall.
More than anything, I will not let her fall.
White Knight is the second book in the Dirty Mafia Duet and should be read after Black Sheep, book one.

Fly Girl’s Review
Who doesn’t love a little Mafia Romance? I like them, but not obsessively because I always feel they have a similar plot and story line. This one surprised me though with the plot and the characters. Both characters were bad in the realm of bad, but when put together they were explosive. I’m reviewing this as a series because it’s hard to talk about one when you binge listened them together. There was no time to stop and give a review between books. These dropped like 2 weeks apart if I’m not off my rocker. I love it when authors do that. I can still remember book one when the next one comes out.
The books I love must have redeemable characters if they are bad and in this case both of them needed redeeming. Thankfully Meghan makes it doable on a grand scale. That is one of the plot twists I liked was that even she had a dirty agenda and wasn’t easily going to give it up. Drew and Cannon made me want to live this fabulous life of high rise exclusive clubs and places you didn’t pay the bill and the intrigue of making sure the ones you cared about were taken care of when no one else cared. I wanted to be in that place and time drinking 35 year old scotch and smoking cigars. (I don’t smoke, but you know it sounded wonderful.)
Drew and Cannon were suspicious of one another from the get go. It feels like they are scaling mountains to come together in trust. Obviously, we know there is sexual tension and attraction between them from the get go, but the trust part is the main crux of their relationship issues. They do eventually scale that mountain and make some sort of life for themselves, but only after Casso takes the risk and makes his mark on the family business where he has a firm hold on his status.
This duet hit me right in the heart and I was happy to see their happy ending. The tangled web of the Casso family intrigue that she unravels is mind blowing. I’m not sure how she figured out the whole plot line, but it blew my mind how she was able to tie up all the loose ends and Cannon came out on top. I’m giving this a 5 of 5.

She’s also impulsive, easily entertained, and absolutely unapologetic about the fact that she loves to read and write smut. Her past lives include slinging auto parts, selling lingerie, making custom jewelry, and practicing corporate law. Writing books about dirty talking alpha males and the strong, sassy women who bring them to their knees is by far the most fabulous job she’s ever had.
