Remembering The Cowboy is a must-read! This is the first book for me by this author. The detail in Mandi’s writing is incredible. The way she describes a scene has so much detail in her description while unfolding this Contemporary Christian Romance story.
I loved the relationship that Camille and Noah have whether it’s friendship or more over the years. They are always up to some adventure, and you can see the love they have for one another, and how deeply they care for each other. They seem selfless and are always doing for one another or for others. They have been best friends since middle school, but things changed once she went away to college. Camille is on a mission to find out the truth behind Noah ghosting her.
Noah Harding is a fireman and works on his family’s ranch in Wyoming. In his time off, he volunteers. Noah and his family are a tight-knit family and have each other’s backs.
Camille Vanderbilt moved away from home to attend Oregon Law school. She has worked for Parker and Lion since college. Camille took two weeks off to spend time at home with her family. On her way home, she ends up in a car accident and loses her memory.
Through all the twists and turns This book makes you evaluate what is important in life. Camille and Noah have obstacles in their lives, their relationship, and now her memory loss from her car accident. I love how this story shows you that if we pray and let God work in our lives that it doesn’t always go smoothly, but with time and prayer plus faith it will all work out.
If you are looking for a romance with a little suspense then this is a must-read!
