NICUnurse’s Review of Sweet Destiny by KC Lynn
KC Lynn has been a favorite author of mine since I first stumbled across her book, Fighting Temptation, way back in 2014. And I can honestly say that as of now, I’ve yet to regret spending my time reading her books or the money I spent to purchase them. Totally worth every penny! She had to take a break from writing for a little while for personal reasons, so suffice it to say that I was more than giddy to submerge myself into her words once more!
Sweet Destiny is a novella in her Sweet series. It can be read as a standalone book but you will get so much out of the story if you read Sweet Haven first. And really, if you don’t want to read Sweet Destiny as a standalone, and you’re a series junkie like I am, read Sweet Love before starting Sweet Haven. Knowing Sawyer will make reading Jase & Samantha’s stories so much more enriching.
NICUnurse’s Rating: Sweet Destiny is Jase and Samantha’s HEA. It’s a wedding novella that has so much more to it than just Sam and Jase’s wedding. It had all the feels! There were times that I laughed. Times that I cried. And times that I really wanted to smack both Jase and Sawyer (mostly Sawyer) on the back of the head! The story pulled me in from page one, and I honestly had a hard time putting it down. I absolutely could have read it in one sitting, but kids and work kept getting in the way. (How rude, right?!) Needless to say, I’m still a huge fan of this author’s words. She has an amazing talent for weaving stories that will leave you wanting more and more and more from her.
I give Sweet Destiny by KC Lynn 5 out of 5 propellers!
