Fly Girl’s Review:
This one was a complete mystery to me. I was asked to read it several months ago, before there was even a blurb for either of the books. I went with it cause I’m that kind of “live by the seat of my pants” girl. OK, that is so funny because all my friends would say I’m not, but in this instance I threw caution to the wind. And you should too; let me tell you!!!
Depraved is so sexy, dark, hot, mysterious, unput downable ( I know I just made that one up) I was at a loss for words from the opening scene. I loved these two STRONG characters. They were on fire for one another from the get go but the way they tried to hide it was awesome. They used anger and illicit passion and foreplay and bossy orders to the hilt. You weren’t sure if they were coming or going in the story until you were well imbibed in it. I mean you need wine and some cigarettes for this baby. But I digress.
Gabrielle and Julian make an amazing couple and if they continue to work together they will find their HEA, I’m sure of it. She does an amazing job showing their feelings through body language and fewer words. I’m amazed at how much punishment feels like love the way she describes it. Julian’s family is the antagonist in this one, and it is down right nasty to the core. How he and his brothers turned out so well, I’m not sure. But I do know Eva is willing to give them all a chance at love and hopefully that will heal some of the damage done.
So this is definitely a must read. Of course you all know I can’t give a 5 of 5 if there is a cliffhanger. I mean thank goodness the final book comes out next month. But still, I have to keep with my policy. So I’m giving it 4.5 of 5. I’m hoping the last book really seals the mystery and gives them the freedom to love in public. We’ll see what Eva has for us soon enough and I’ll be the first to review it here so stay tuned…

After being a confirmed city-girl for more than thirty-five years, Eva moved to beautiful Western Massachusetts in 2014. There, she found herself living in the woods with no job, no friends (unless you count the turkey, deer, and coyote roaming the backyard), and no children underfoot, wondering what on earth she’d been thinking. But as it turned out, it was the perfect setting to take all those yarns spinning in her head and weave them into a romantic tale.
When she’s not writing, trying to squeeze information out of her tight-lipped sons, or playing with the two cutest dogs you’ve ever seen, Eva’s creating chapters in her own love story.
