Three all-new holiday novellas about couples finding love while trapped together in the snow.
Stranded in the Snow (Holiday Acres, Book 2) by Noelle Adams
Olivia Holiday doesn’t expect to spend the weekend stranded in a romantic cottage during a snowstorm with the one man she dislikes the most. Scott is a player and holds a grudge against her family, and she’s determined not to give in to the deep feelings for him she’s been hiding.
A Christmas Rescue (Silver Bell Falls, Book 4) by Samantha Chase
Saving a litter of puppies right before Christmas was incredibly rewarding for Bailey Walsh. But getting snowed in with her sexy-yet-grinchy veterinarian boss turns out to be rewarding in a whole other way.
Love on the Edge of Reason (Pine Harbour, Book 8) by Zoe York
Tom Minelli doesn’t know why Chloe Davis has fled Pine Harbour, but she’s pregnant with his baby and he wants her back. But a winter storm rolls in just as he finds her, trapping them together in a cabin on the lake.

Fly Girl’s Review:
Normally I feel deflated when a novella comes out in a series I love because they are usually too short, leave a lot out, and sometimes even end on a cliff hanger. However, this novella in Samantha Chase’s Silver Bell Falls series does none of that. I loved it and it really was good for the Snowed in for Christmas anthology with Noelle Adams and Zoe York.
This story takes us back to the quaint town of Silver Bell Falls where the Christmas season is anticipated all year and the the whole town does the decorations, lights, and generosity over the top to celebrate. In this one Samantha gives us the biggest Grinch of them all and quickly leads him into the Christmas spirit with a love he can’t resist. Gavin’s character is really put through the wringer from being a complete loner to confessing the terrible childhood he had, to letting his employees know he volunteers every week at a homeless shelter, to discovering that sharing your life story doesn’t really mean you relive it, it actually helps. She takes him through all of this in a few short days, but somehow she makes it work, so you get a thorough case study, with a happily ever after. The glue to make it stick was Bailey, the strong woman who keeps pushing and isn’t afraid to speak her mind or be honest with him. That is very refreshing. She also has a generous hard and can see the pain he’s been through.
Gavin and Bailey discover they have the magical spark to make something truly great in the end if only they are open and honest with one another. I loved this story and am giving it a 5 of 5 because all the elements were there and she included dogs. Who doesn’t love dogs? If you haven’t read any of the other Silver Bell Falls stories, pick them up. They will be just as good.
