You may think you know Jasper’s story, but you don’t. Not even close…

There was a time when Jasper Everett had everything he wanted.

One chance.
I believed for everyone there was one chance at great love.
One perfect match.
But mine died.
So, I closed my heart and chased mistakes.
Until a desperate attempt at a relationship lead me back to the beginning.
It was somewhere I never thought I would be, but fate brought me back to her.
And now, I had a second chance with the one woman who was there for it all.
She was my foundation.
She was my mirror.
She was my best friend.
And after everything, I hoped she would be my redemption, too.

NICUnurse’s Review of The Love in Chaos

The Love in Chaos is the follow-up book to this author’s debut novel, The Beauty of Chaos (Jules and Mason’s story). I was intrigued enough by her debut novel to read this one. And I’m really glad I did! I wasn’t so sure about all the back and forth, love triangle drama in The Beauty of Chaos. That’s mostly a personal thing…I really hate love triangles. But I wanted to see how Jasper and Joey got to the point where they were at the end of her first book. And it wasn’t what I was thinking. I really liked the way the author used the flashbacks to give us the full understanding of both Jasper’s and Joey’s characters, and their relationship, that we didn’t get to see in Jules and Mason’s story.

NICUnurse’s Rating: I give this book 4 propellers. Going back and writing a beginning to an already established plotline is not as easy as it sounds. Keeping timelines straight and keeping characters true to who they have already been established as isn’t easy, either. And Ms. Monroe got really brave and wrote the story in a non-linear fashion on top of it all. And she did a great job with it. I see a lot of talent in her writing, and I definitely look forward to seeing where this journey takes Liz Monroe!
