Trevor Willis is sexy, sweet, and oh so fun. He’s also my best friend’s brother-in-law. That should mean he’s off-limits or that I should be off-limits to him.
Someone probably should have told us that before my best friend married his brother, before the morning of the wedding when we woke in each other’s arms, before I woke with gaping holes in my memory.
They didn’t.
We did.
The hilarious truth behind our crazy, secret adventure secured this handsome, off-limits man in my heart. But alas, life goes on. After our one secret night, we went back to our lives—our hardworking, solitary lives.
And then it happened.
My phone began to buzz. Each night with thousands of miles between us, we laughed, talked, and shared. And then the phone stopped ringing.
Before it did, I knew one thing…
Our secret one had bloomed and blossomed, and now that our circumstances have changed, I want another one!

Shana Price is that one woman. You know, the one who suddenly makes the world more than a place to work, but also a place to live. Usually shy and awkward, in her presence I want to be more—I am more. I don’t even have to try.
She’s my one. I knew it the moment I first met her. What followed simply confirmed it.
The problem is the little hassle of the thousands of miles between us.
I tried to make it work, but each phone call made it harder. (Yes, that is a pun.) I couldn’t take it anymore—and she became the one who got away.
Now, everything has changed.
Shana is back in the United States—all I have to do is make her see that her job isn’t the only reason to stay.
That shouldn’t be a problem, right?
From a secret one to another one!

Fly Girl’s Review:
So I’ve read quite a bit of Aleatha’s works. This series and her Dark series. I’ve loved both of them. When I decided to read this one, I hadn’t started her lighter series at all so I thought I’d read a couple of them first. So I started with Plus One and then read A Secret One. I will say they are so funny, I laid in bed and woke my hubby one night because I couldn’t help myself from laughing so hard.
There is a section about a vibrator and a grandma that carries through from the Plus One into Another One that just made me cry I laughed so hard. You really have to check these ones out. She just has a way of pulling you into the story and keeping you there. I want more these are so fun. So let me break down this one.
Another One is about a couple of people from Plus One that find themselves in a strange situation prior to the wedding of the couple in Plus One. Neither wants to reveal what happened during the wedding, so they keep it secret. They try to have a long distance relationship that seems to fizzle out even though the desire remains. Neither is willing to give up what they have in their life to shorten the distance between them. When Shana has a job back in NY, Trevor steps out on a limb to convince her the distance is worth it. I’m not giving any spoilers, so just suffice it to say there is some sex, a lot of food, many laughs, and some heartache before they find a HEA.
You all know how I love my HEAs so this one really works for me. Also, I finished it about 10 days ago and it is still with me, so that qualifies for a 5 of 5 Propellers on this one. But let me stress, all of them are 5 of 5’s so don’t just stop at one, but keep it going. You won’t be disappointed. One note to make is you will have an extreme desire to read A Secret One once you start Another One, because it is the beginning of the story for Shana and Trevor.
