My Early Morning meeting with Dillion
T: Good Morning Dillion thanks for joining me this morning. I hope the coffee is strong enough?
Every morning it’s coffee sometimes not strong enough haha
T: I promise for this set of questions I’m going to keep things fun and light (well light for me) so let’s get started.
T: What big city are you closet too?
Louisville and Lexington
T: Do you drink Bourbon? If so which one?
My favorite drinks are captain Morgan and crown royal
T: Have/do you go to the Derby?
Yes I go every year. Everyone needs to experience it once.
T: How do you find time to write while owning your own business?
I do a lot of my writing at night. My business keeps me very busy.
T: How many books have you written?
Three total I’ve published two. The first book I never published it was a vampire book. I’m working on releasing another book this year.
T: You say you married young. What age did you get married?
I was 21 in college.
T: Where did you compete?
I’m guessing you mean rodeo. My favorite place to go is South Dakota
T: What genre do you typically read?
I can read anything. I have several favorite authors
T: Who’s idea was it to name you and your brothers? Which one of you is the oldest?
My mother named us all Dean oldest, me, Daniel. We had a sister who was the youngest of us all she lost her life in a car accident when she was 17.
T: Did you grow up on a ranch?
Yes I did and loved it. The ranch I own now is part of my family.
T: Who cooks when you and your siblings get together?
We take turns. Every weekend we try to have a meal together.
T: Four Dogs?
Are they herding, hounds, or a mix? I have a Dalmatian, 2 herding dogs and one mixed I rescued him.
T: How much of yourself do you put into what you write?
About 70% is true real life.
T: What comes next?
I hope to release a new book this year. Also to meet my PA Kristi Lynn she’s been very patient with me and my crazy hours haha
