Yep Craig heard I could make coffee even though I won’t drink it
T: Good Evening Craig thanks for joining me this evening. I hope the coffee is strong enough?
C: Its perfect thank you.
T: I promise for this set of questions I’m going to keep things fun and light (well light for me) so let’s get started.
C: Glad to hear it.
T: How often did your wild imagination and story telling get you into trouble?
C: I actually never got into trouble but thats maybe because my imagination was more innocent as a kid growing up. In adult life it only gets me into trouble if I’m acting out a scene that the other party doesn’t like. i would surprise you how many women don’t want a stick of celery up their bum while i spank them with a cucumber.
T: Did you ever try to write comics when you were a kid?
C: Yes. I wrote a comic strip called super hedgehog. The art work was awful but i enjoyed it.
T: What was your favorite comic?
C: I read the beano growing up and a lot of calvin and hobbs but got into darker graphic novels in my teens.
T: Do you still have the novel about the hedgehog?
C: (laughing) no i lost that a long time ago. i don’t think i ever finished. could be a different genre for another day maybe.
T: Was there anything specific during your teens that made you want to write darker stories?
C: I went through periods of depression in my teens and the darker emotional stories came easier to me at the time.
T: Do you have one in the works now since it still interests you?
C: I have ideas for darker stories and they would work well with erotica mixed in but i haven’t decided if i would go down the erotica route or not. i suppose if the book had satanists and the like a bit of sex would be needed.
T: What did your girlfriends think about your erotic stories?
C: I’d have to say they seemed to enjoy them. The fact that sex happened pretty quickly after they had read them suggests they were good.
T: Did those get you into trouble?
C: Only if they let friends read them and then i got text messages asking to meet up. I leave it for you to decide if i was a bad enough boy to pay the friends a visit.
T: Why do you dream of writing shorts and novella’s instead of full length novels?
C: When i did my first story it was a short and it sold well as has all shorts since. Hidden Demon was meant to be a novel and having gone back over it a couple of times i do have more i want to add to it. I do plan to write novels and am working on a couple now.
T: Since everything you write peaks your sexual interest does that mean you’ve tested everything out?
C: God no. (laughing). i still have much to experience. I think when it comes to sex their is always something untried that peaks our interest.
T: How excited do you typically get over what you’ve written?
C: Usually excited enough that i have to take a couple of breaks to either cool off or relieve some tension. I was glad when writing Hidden Demon that their were chapters without sex scenes.
T: If you could pick any authors brain past or present who would it be? What would you ask?
C: I’m a big fan of JK Rowling and the steps she went through to become the big author name she is now. i would question her on how she builds her characters and stories. Her imagination is amazing.
T: What comes next?
C: Novels I’m hoping. I am currently working on three as well as looking to build on Hidden Demon. One of the novels is the sequel to hidden demon, one is about sex vampires which started as a short but the story became to big and i didn’t want to split it up. I’m also working on a crime story with erotica in it.
T: Well Craig that’s all I have for you today? Until next time thanks again for joining me, now get back to work and write your next book.
C: Thanks for the coffee and chat. x.
