Yep Sydney’s Here!!!

12096181_432076876997956_1246175255919593799_nT:  Good Morning Sydney thanks for joining me this morning. I hope the coffee is strong enough?

Good Morning!  The coffee is strong and black, just the way I like it.

T: I promise for this set of questions I’m going to keep things fun and light (well light for me) so let’s get started.

T: How many tattoos do you have?

Yes, I have 7 tattoos and I’ll be working on my sleeve this summer.

Do they have any special meaning?

They all have meaning to me.  It could be that I just liked the design, or I was just in a mood but either way, I know why I got each one.

T: Can you tell me a bit about the poems you wrote in junior high?

Oh yes!  Teen or should I say pre-teen angst, lol.  I wrote about boys, friends, my parents etc… I do recall writing one about the fighting in Bosnia as it was all over the news at that time.

T: How much of your personal discoveries about your sexuality do you add into your books?

I’ll say that some of the things I write are fantasy, some of which I have fulfilled, some I haven’t.

T: How many “alter-ego’s” do you have?

Just Angel

T: If “Angel” is a natural sub how do you see yourself?

I see myself as many things, I don’t particularly like labels, Dom, sub etc… but for the sake of writing it clarifies things.  So I guess I’d say I’m multi-faceted.

T: How often does “Angel” come out to play?

As often as possible

T: Who influences you?

I’m influenced by so many things.  It could be a conversation, a picture, a song or just an idea that pops into my head.  As far as “Who”, there are many!  From family and friends to lovers.

T: What drew you to poetry at such a young age?

I honestly don’t know?  I just started writing and out it came!

T: If you could go back in time and meet any poet who would you want to meet?

Jim Morrison

T: Has being a published author affected your relationships?

It has, let’s just say I surprised a few people, some in good ways and some, well not so much.

T: Has it been difficult letting others read your poetry especially since it’s your “alter-ego”?

Only my closest friends and family know due to my professional career.  I’d love to shout it from the rooftops but for now it has to be this way.

T: What comes next?

I’m working on a 3rd poetry book which will hopefully be out this summer.  I’m also working on a few stories.  I’m not sure if they will be novella’s or novels at this point. Time will tell.

T: Well Sydney that’s all I have for you today? Until next time thanks again for joining me, now get back to work and write your next book.

Thank you so very much for your time and for the opportunity.
