Last night I finished writing my review of Killing Rites by M.L.N. Hanover. I also sent off the review to PBD, so be on the look out. On Friday the Dolls had up my review of Carrie Vaughn’s Kitty’s Greatest Hits and tonight I’ll add it to the Book Review page.
Flyboy and I picked out our first live tree this weekend, he’s never had a live one before so this will be fun. We also started decoration the outside of the house. Even we have everything finished I’ll put up the pictures, same with the inside. This week my Mom is visiting and its sure to been four days of fun, as I show her around town.

Monday while heading home from CA, I finished my review of Kitty’s Greatest Hit’s by Carrie Vaughn I just have to type it up and send it off to PBD. I also started and am almost finished with my review of Drink Deep I just need to add some finishing touches. Today over at PBD my review of Blood Work by Kim Harrison is posted. On Friday my review of The Help, will be posted and on Sunday the Dolls will be catching up with me. So check out the latest article. I’m not sure which one will be posted I turned in three.
November with the Dolls is going to be stalked full of fun books and authors so be on the lookout.
Also stay tuned for more info on Team Makenzie, while we’re at the JDRF they were doing a documentary and Mak got put in it. When I get more details I’ll let you know, Flyboy may even give the news tidbits about our niece if they call. I did go back and add the link to Post: Team Makenzie part 2 if you want to read the news article the did on Makenzie.
I’ll try to have the reviews up for Blood Work this week now that the Dolls have posted it. My review for The Help will be up after Friday and as soon as I have finished with the little touches I want to add to Drink Deep I’ll post it. But all sure be up before Sunday.

Today I finished typing up my review of The Help and I’ve sent it off to PBD, so be on the look out for it this month over there. I can’t remember which day it’s actually going to post but it will be before the end of the month. I’ll start on my next review for the dolls this weekend when I get a chance, it’s going to be on Carrie Vaughn‘s short stories over the Kitty series. It won’t be a very long review since it’s over short stories and I’m not reviewing each story just the book. After that I’ll write up my review on Chloe Neill’s Drink Deep, once that review is complete there won’t be another one until December, but you’ll have some articles coming.
We have one more day until our JDRF walk on Sunday, and Flyboy and I are having so much fun with the nieces out here this weekend. Makenzie is so awesome with all the things she has to deal with as a little girl it’s amazing. Today she was even in the newspaper, which I’ll add the link later when I’m at my computer and not on my iPad, so her story could be told for the JDRF this weekend. Mak is even getting support from one of the local companies Classified Cosmetic, you can find them on Facebook and on twitter @ClassCosmtc. I think it’s wickedly awesome that they are supporting Mak, for her walk on Sunday.
Alright guys that’s it for tonight from the west coast, you won’t see anything tomorrow but I will post from the JDRF. So be on the look out Sunday, they’re may be two post one when we get to the walk and one when the walk is over. Monday Flyboy and I will be flying home so I won’t be posting until Tuesday, hopefully I’ll have the other reviews either complete or almost completed. So until Sunday have a great weekend.

Sorry yesterdays post didn’t post until today, that really bites.
So even with all my headaches/migraines I finally finished my review of The Help now I just have to type it up. That won’t be so bad I have some of it typed up already. So be on the look out for it. I’m also ready to write up my review of Carrie Vaughn’s latest with all her short stories from Kitty. After that I’ll be reading Chloe Neill’s new release Drink Deep and writing up that review.
I’m trying to work on edits as well, and write the non-fiction. With as many headaches as I’ve been having that’s slow moving but I’m hopeful that things will pick up.

I wrote this months articles for the Paperback Dolls, there’s two of them. There not every long but I think you’re going to enjoy them. I sent them in tonight. I also sent in my review for Blood Work, Kim Harrison’s graphic novel. So be on the look out for those over at Paperback Dolls. Tomorrow the Doll have Ghost Story posted so stop by and check out my review and see what else the doll have going on.
This weekend I’ll be working on my review of The Help and hopefully I’ll be able to read a few more stories that I’ve been trying to read. The new Castle novel just came out and I still need to finish book two. I’ve been reading Carrie Vaughn’s short stories and I’ll be writing a review about the book as a whole. So far the book is pretty good. Plus we have so many new books coming out I can’t wait.
Now why I said articles, reviews & a bath well as you know Flyboy and I have Jax, our puppy we adopted after Artemis passed away, well today he decided to jump into the pond behind our house. There were geese in the pond and he wanted to chase them, so he jumped in, got all wet and stinky and now needs a bath. Holly thankfully didn’t jump in but she did scare the geese away. Pups what to do with them. So needless to say Jax hasn’t been allowed to do much today since he’s dirty. I swear I have a two year old.

This is on my list to read.
Next week, Kitty's Greatest Hits, my very first short story collection, will be released into the wild! I've had some questions about this, which I will now answer, and convince you that you must have this book. Kitty's Greatest Hits contains 14 stories, two of which have never been seen before. Wooo! So, for those of you who worried that buying this would mean buying all the same stories you've already read over again, have no fear. This has … Read More
