Alright guys it’s time to check out Paperback Dolls again. My journey has started and you get to fly along with me so hop on board and I’ll see you on the other side.

Elemdorf Crew

Flyboy and my thoughts and prays are with the family and crew of the C-17 that crashed today in Alaska. http://www.ktuu.com/Global/story.asp?S=12889630&sms_ss=facebookAK This is never an easy life but days like today scare the crap out of us. Worse Flyboy is out on one of those training runs tonight so when I got a call tonight asking where he was and that there had been a crash my heart wanted to stop. We don’t think about something going wrong on a training flight and our spouses not coming home. We normally only worry when their out on the road.

So as I said last night here is the picture of my faerie.

And this cute little girl is Holly.

It was a long day and I didn’t get much done. Having a new puppy is tiring, I don’t feel like I’m getting any sleep. I did get my faerie today and I’ll take a picture to show you guys tomorrow. We also had a softball game tonight. The Tigers won.

Sorry I didn’t post this weekend Flyboy and I were pretty pooped. Saturday we went to the SPCA to find Artemis a friend. We did find him one she’s a puppy and I do mean puppy, she’s about 8 to 10 weeks old. Arty’s not sure what to do with her yet, he is playing but he’s being very gentle. Isaac on the other hand has bopped her upside the head already – twice. Her name is Holly, and if any of you have read Artemis Fowl you’ll understand why. For those of you who haven’t I’ll tell you why. We named Artemis after the book. When we rescued Arty he reminded us of the book smart and a pup who could get into trouble. Artemis Fowl was a child criminal mastermind so was Arty. In the first book Artemis kidnaps Captain Holly Short a LEP officer, she’s an elf. So Holly has joined the ranks of the family and Arty now has his partner in crime.

I’ve been working through the mourning process and I’m hopeful that I’ll be up and writing/editing this weekend. Thanks you all for your love and support the last few days as we’ve been coping with the lose of Cleo. She was like our daughter and as Flyboy said yesterday a familiar. I swear he thinks the family history is alive and well in my blood. Anyway hugs to all and see you soon.
